We are already using a loyalty program. What options do we have?
The Saltwater Loyalty platform can work in tandem with other loyalty programs and does not require exclusivity. There are many advantages to our program that other loyalty platforms don’t offer and we may be able to convert your existing loyalty members to our system.
What kinds of offers or rewards will I be able to create?
Santa Monica Rewards currently allows merchants to offer progressive type offer (spend $X across all of your visits and get something in return), Punchcard type offers (visit us X number of times and spend at least $X each time and get something in return). Merchants may also schedule these offers to only be valid between certain days and times. We will soon be offering cashback offers and will continue adding new offer types.
How much does it cost?
There are no start-up fees or monthly subscription fees for merchants. We charge a small marketing fee, $.50 minimum and between 0.99%-1.99% on qualified customer transactions.
How will I be billed?
Monthly, all merchant fees for the prior month will be invoiced and charged automatically to a credit card or ACH on file.
How will I know if it's successful?
All of your loyalty program analytics and key performance indicators are always available on your merchant dashboard. Our team can also provide assistance interpreting your analytics and discussing effective tactics to maximize adoption and sales using the platform.
